【Shared Notes】How to Lock or Unlock Shared Notes

You can now set usage time for Shared Notes by class.

When locked, Shared Notes are in view-only mode and students cannot edit them.

How to Lock

In the Class Management Tools, tap Lock Now to lock Shared Notes for the entire class.

How to Unlock

In Lock Shared Note, select the time range to unlock.

After the set time ends, Shared Notes will automatically lock again and return to view-only mode.
